Join us on your own or with friends to celebrate Independence Day under the stars with views of the fireworks from the Ven at Embassy Row rooftop overlooking the iconic Embassy Row and the majestic skyline of Washington, DC.

Dress in your finest summer attire and ascend to the Embassy Row rooftop-- where ICDC members meet under the stars to celebrate Independence Day. Nestled amidst Embassy Row and the famed Kalorama neighborhood, home to diplomats from around the world, our rooftop offers panoramic views of the DC skyline.

Celebrate in style as you make new friends from around the world! Dance under the stars to a live band performing American classics—from timeless favorites to feel-good summer hits—amidst DC’s skyline.

Elevate your Independence Day experience at our rooftop soiree with dancing to a live band along with an open bar until 10:00 PM and a dinner options, based on the ticket purchased. The bar will continue as a cash bar after 10PM so please bring a method of payment for drinks after 10PM.

Kindly note that the event is presented as a stand-up event to enjoy the celebration on the rooftop with views of the DC skyline. Seating availability on the rooftop is limited with additional seating available in the Lobby Level of the hotel. If you need special seating assistance, kindly as for a Hotel Manager during the event.

All guests must be 21 and over. As we reach capacity for the event, ticket prices are subject to increase without prior notice so please reserve your tickets early. Menu and bar selections subject to change without notice.

Celebrate July 4th in style as you dance under the stars to our live band and make new friends with the DC’s skyline as a spectacular backdrop.

~ 3 Ticket Options ~

Space is limited so please make your reservations early. We are pleased to present 3 ticket options:

7PM VIP Tickets: Includes admission at 7PM and indulge in a 3-course dinner presented in the indoor restaurant Fred and Stilla upon arrival. Also enjoy access to the VIP Bar in the DuPont Deck on the rooftop following the dinner. After dinner, join us on the rooftop for our July 4th celebration with live music and an open bar until 10PM. The last seating for the 3-course dinner is at 7:30PM so we kindly request that you arrive before 7:30. In the event of rain or adverse weather, the event will be presented indoors. You will be seated at a table for 4, 6, or 8 guests based on availability.

Also enjoy exclusive access to the Du Pont Deck, after dinner, located in the West end of the rooftop. The DuPont Deck offers additional seating along with a dedicated premium open bar exclusive to the VIP guests. You will, of course, also have access to the rest of the rooftop to view the fireworks along with dancing under the stars to the live band.

Open Bar for 7PM VIP Admission: Enjoy access to the VIP Bar in the DuPont Deck. House red wine, House white wine, Proseccos, Beer. Premium brands such as: Hanson of Sonoma Organic, Vodka, Roku Gin, Zacapa 23 rum, Espolon Blanco tequila, Buffalo trace bourbon Whiskey, Jameson Irish Whiskey, Johnnie Walker Black label, Blended Scotch. Bar selections are subject to change without notice.

7:30PM General Admission: Includes admission at 7:30PM. Enjoy a buffet of July 4th classics presented by the chef at the Ven at Embassy Row on the rooftop upon arrival. After dinner, continue your July 4th celebration on the rooftop with live music and an open bar until 10PM. The dinner buffet closes at 8PM so we kindly request that you arrive before 8:00 PM. In the event of rain or adverse weather, the event will be presented indoors.

Open Bar includes: House red wine, House white wine, Proseccos, beer and call brand (standard) bar selections. Bar selections are subject to change without notice.

Kindly note that the event is not presented as a seated event but rather a stand-up reception to enjoy views from the rooftop as well as dance to the music performed by the live band. There will be limited seating available on the rooftop with additional seating available in the hotel lobby. If you have any special needs, please ask the Hotel Manager for assistance.

Tickets will be under the name of the person who purchased the tickets. Please arrive for the event with your photo ID as well as the ticket confirmation email that was sent to you when you made your reservation.

Please give yourself plenty of time to arrive at the venue. No refunds will be offered if you are late or fail to arrive at the venue for any reason.

The Independence Day fireworks are organized by a third-party organization and are entirely beyond our control. Accordingly, we are not responsible for any cancellation, postponement, delay, rescheduling, modification, relocation, or other change to the fireworks display or its presentation.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree that the fireworks display is not presented or controlled by the International Club of DC and that refunds will not be provided due to any cancellation, postponement, delay, rescheduling, adverse weather, change in launch location, change in visibility, or any other modification affecting the fireworks display. While our guests have enjoyed views of the fireworks from the rooftop during past July 4 celebrations, we cannot guarantee the visibility of all or any portion of the fireworks, as visibility may be affected by changes to launch locations, the use of multiple launch sites, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

In the event of adverse weather, the event will be presented indoors, with access to the rooftop for viewing the fireworks, weather permitting.

All ticket sales are final and by purchasing a ticket, you agree to our stated no refund or cancellation policy.

Admission commences for VIP guests with a 3-course dinner presented at the Fred and Stilla Restaurant on the Main Level when you arrive. Join us for the festivities on the rooftop after dinner with dancing to a live band under the stars. Also includes access to the exclusive Du Pont Deck with additional seating and a premium open bar exclusive to the VIP guests. No refunds if you arrive after 7:30PM and miss dinner.
