You do not need a date to attend so attend on your own or with friends. For dinner choose from a VIP sit down 3-course dinner with champagne or a dinner buffet of international cuisine. Also enjoy exquisite desserts by the pastry chef at the Willard!

The admission registration desk will be on the lobby level. Kindly note for your security, tickets will be released at the admission desk ONLY to the person who purchased the tickets upon presenting photo ID & the credit card used to make the reservation. If you have purchased more than one ticket, please arrive for admission with your guests. For your security, no tickets will be released unless photo ID matching the name of the person who purchased the tickets is presented with the credit card used to reserve the tickets.

10:30 PM After-Dinner Admission Tickets
Post-dinner late admission tickets include delectable desserts, themed celebration areas, open bar, midnight champagne toast, a spectacular midnight balloon drop in the Euro Discotheque Ballroom, live bands, DJs spinning international club hits, & party favors. Please note that dinner is not included with the 10:30 PM admission tickets. Themes, bands, entertainment & menus are subject to change.

Ambassador Level Tickets with Buffet Dinner & 9:00 PM Admission.
Admission at 9PM, internationally themed celebration areas, open bar with free-flowing champagne, international dinner buffet representing the cuisine of vibrant international destinations, delectable desserts, midnight champagne toast, a spectacular balloon drop, live bands, DJs spinning international club hits, & party favors. Dinner is served until 10:00 PM with desserts served after that. Please ensure you arrive prior to 9:40 PM to enjoy the dinner buffet, as dinner service concludes at 10:00 PM. Themes, bands, entertainment & menus are subject to change.

Presidential Ticket with 8:00 PM Admission and 3 Course Dinner 
In addition to general admission benefits, enjoy a 3-course sit-down dinner with champagne at 8:00 PM. We will be seating you with other guests at tables of ten (10). If you have a large group of guests and wish to sit together, please arrive together and let us know when you check-in so we may assist you. Table seating and live music is presented while dinner is served for the prelude to an exciting celebration. Please be on time as the last dinner seating is at 8:40 PM! After the Presidential Dinner service concludes at 9:00 PM, join us in the ballrooms downstairs to enjoy the New Year's Eve Gala! Themes, bands, entertainment & menus are subject to change.
 
The New Year's Eve Gala concludes at 2:00 AM with certain entertainment, bands, and aspects of the gala concluding at 12:30 AM, 1:00 AM, and 1:30 AM. Bar service concludes at 1:30 AM with nonalcoholic drinks served until 2:00 AM.

Map/Parking

The Willard InterContinental is a sophisticated haven of luxury and service in the heart of Washington DC. The hotel, the venue of choice for Presidential inaugural balls, has played host to world leaders, dignitaries and celebrities, and now it is your turn to experience an unforgettable New Year's Eve celebration one of Washington's premier and most historic hotels. We encourage you to reserve your tickets early, as we sold out each of the previous years. The Metro is just a couple of blocks away providing easy access.

Hotel parking is limited & available on a first-come basis and not guaranteed. We recommend Uber, a cab or the Metro as parking is limited. Valet & self-parking rates are set by the hotel and the hotel is responsible for all aspects of parking on premises. Self-parking entrance is on F Street between 14th & 15th Street. Additional parking: Metropolitan Square on F Street between 14th & 15th Street, nearby garages, or street parking. Parking rates are subject to increase.

Parking is limited to street parking in the vicinity of the venue. Kindly note that, as is the case in most major cities, the availability of street parking in Washington DC is limited and beyond our control. Due to the limited availability of parking, we highly recommend a cab, Uber/Lyft or other transportation option. The event start at the designated time so please allow sufficient time for traffic/travel/transportation and parking as these factors are beyond our control.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to our NO CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS policy on tickets purchased FOR ANY REASON, including but not limited to severe winter storms, government actions, health matters/restrictions, changes in travel plans, work commitments, urgent unanticipated travel or event postponements/rescheduling at our sole discretion due to COVID or other factors beyond our control. 

All attendees must be 21 and over. 

If the event is rescheduled, at our sole discretion, due to COVID health restrictions, other pathogen, government guideline, mandate, or action, as well as any other factor beyond our control including severe winter storms, any ticket purchased can be transferred to attend the 2025 New Year's Eve Gala or other subsequent New Year's Eve Gala by emailing us at [email protected] provided that we receive your notice within 48 hours after we notify you of such postponement. By purchasing a ticket, you agree and accept that NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED.

While we do not expect government mandates which may require restrictions that result in the rescheduling of the event, at our sole discretion, you agree that such possibility exists by purchasing a ticket. By purchasing a ticket, you agree that ticket reservations for the 2024 New Year's Eve Gala will be transferred to the 2025 New Year's Eve Gala or other future New Year's Eve Gala in the event of government action beyond our control which might result in the rescheduling of the event at our sole discretion  

Since ticket processing fees as well as payments made to vendors and performers engaged for the gala are nonrefundable, by purchasing a ticket, you agree that we are UNABLE TO OFFER REFUNDS for cancellation, nonattendance for ANY REASON, as well as rescheduling of the event at our sole discretion due to government restrictions, actions, or any other conditions related to COVID or other circumstances beyond our control. 

Vaccines and Vaccine Boosters Recommended with Your Doctor's Consultation
It is highly recommended that you are fully vaccinated for Covid. If it has been more than 6 months since you were fully vaccinated, we highly recommend a vaccine booster with the consultation of your doctor. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to consult with your doctor with regards to receiving a vaccine booster prior to attending the event. 

Agree to DC Health Guidelines and ICDC Policies
You along with your guests agree to adhere to the DC Health guidelines in effect at the time of the event: By participating in the event, you agree to adhere to all government health mandates regarding public events on the day of the event, including future health guidelines that may require boosters to be considered fully vaccinated: https://coronavirus.dc.gov/

ADMISSION/SECURITY:
For the security of the credit card holder and our guests, we have instituted strict policies for admission to the event and there will be NO EXCEPTIONS to our admission policies: 
By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you agree that there will be audio and video surveillance and recording of the event including an audio and video recording of all transactions at the Registration Desk where guests pick up tickets. 
Please ensure that the tickets are purchased by the actual credit card holder as tickets will ONLY be released to the person who purchased the tickets upon presenting the CREDIT CARD used for the transaction PLUS PHOTO ID matching the name of the ticket purchaser and credit card holder. 
By purchasing a ticket and attending the event you agree that for the security of the credit card holder, under no circumstances will we release tickets to anyone other than the credit card holder who purchased the tickets.
Tickets will be under the name of the credit card holder who purchased the ticket(s) and tickets will only be released to the person who purchased the tickets upon presenting PHOTO ID AND the CREDIT CARD used to reserve the tickets. 
For the security of the credit card holder, there will be an audio and video record of each guest collecting tickets at the registration desk upon presenting photo ID with a signature collected for acceptance of the tickets. If you purchased more than one ticket, please arrive for admission together with your guest(s). 
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES will tickets be released to anyone other the credit card holder who purchased the tickets. Both photo ID and the physical credit card used for the reservation are required to collect the tickets. No refunds will be provided if admission is denied due to lack of required photo ID and the physical credit card to collect your tickets.
In the event you wish you transfer your ticket(s) to someone else you agree to contact us at least 96 hours (4 days) prior to the event so we can send you a ticket transfer form which requires your signature as well as presenting us with identification to verify the identity of the ticket purchaser.

No large bags or winter coats are allowed in the event space.

Security staff may screen guests, and anything brought into the event space.

ARRIVAL TIME
Admission is based on the time stated on the ticket you have purchased. Due to multiple ticket levels at various times, please arrive on time at the stated time of admission for the ticket you have purchased. PLEASE DO NOT ARIVE EARLY, as we are unable to admit guests prior to your time of admission.
By participating in the event, you accept the responsibility to arrive for the event on time and understand that traffic and parking may cause significant delays. Hotel parking is limited and not guaranteed due to the availability of space. 

The gala concludes at 1:30 AM with some aspects and entertainment of the gala concluding at 12:00 Midnight (balloon drop, certain bands/entertainment) and 1:00 AM (bars and certain entertainment).

Please note that themes, menus, entertainment, performance schedules, bands and all other advertised aspects of the gala are not guaranteed and subject to change without advance notice. By purchasing a ticket, you agree that we may add, change, or remove any menu item, advertised band or entertainment, or other advertised aspect of the gala at our sole discretion.

ATTEND IN GOOD HEALTH
By participating in the event, you agree to follow the DC COVID guidelines in effect at the time of the event: https://coronavirus.dc.gov and warrant and represent that that neither you nor your guests are experiencing any COVID symptoms. 

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
By purchasing a ticket, you accept the risk of being exposed to, contracting, and/or spreading COVID-19 or any other pathogen along with all consequences resulting from exposure or infection, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, temporary or permanent disability, death, and economic or financial loss.

By participating in the event, you agree to release, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for yourself, all of your family members and your heirs, International Club of DC, Inc. and its officers, employees, members, staff, partners, contractors, and volunteers from any and all liability for personal injury, including death, and property damage that arise out of the activity.

By participating in the event, you agree, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for yourself, all of your family members and your heirs, not to make negligence claims against International Club of DC, Inc. and its officers, employees, members, staff, partners, contractors, and volunteers for losses, debts, demands and/or damages for personal injuries or wrongful death suffered as a result of participation in the activity.

You understand and agree that by taking part in this ticketed activity will have the effect of releasing, discharging, waiving, and forever relinquishing any and all actions or causes of action that you may have or have had, whether past, present, or future, whether known or unknown, and whether anticipated or unanticipated by you, arising out of your participation. This release constitutes a complete release, discharge, and waiver of any and all actions or causes of action against International Club of DC, Inc. and its officers, employees, members, staff, partners, contractors, and volunteers.

You understand and agree that by participating in this ticketed activity, you are to release, indemnify and hold International Club of DC, Inc. and its officers, employees, members, staff, partners, contractors, and volunteers harmless from any and all liability or costs, including attorney fees, associated with or arising from your participation in activities.

You also agree to convey these terms to your guests and ensure their acceptance and agreement of these terms prior to attending the event.
