Event Description

You're invited to celebrate Independence Day under the stars with views of the fireworks from our rooftop overlooking the iconic Embassy Row and the majestic skyline of Washington, DC.

This July 4th, join us on your own or with friends to elevate your Independence Day experience at our rooftop soiree with dancing to a live band along with an open bar and a dinner buffet of American classics.

Dress in your finest summer attire and ascend to the Embassy Row rooftop-- where International Club of DC members meet under the stars to celebrate America.

All guests must be 21 and over. As we reach capacity for the event, ticket prices are subject to increase without prior notice so please reserve your tickets early.

Nestled amidst Embassy Row and the famed Kalorama neighborhood, home to diplomats from around the world, our rooftop offers panoramic views of the DC skyline. Celebrate in style as you make new friends from around the world!

~ Dance under the Stars to our Live Band ~

Celebrate July 4th in style as you dance under the stars to a live band performing modern American classics—from timeless favorites to feel-good summer hits—set against the backdrop of DC’s skyline.

~ Open Bar with Traditional July 4th Cuisine ~

Indulge in a buffet of traditional July 4th cuisine presented by the chef at the Ven at Embassy Row along with an open bar serving refreshing cocktails, wine, bubbly, and other drinks. The buffet dinner will be presented until 8:30 PM. Please ensure that you arrive before 8:00 PM to enjoy the dinner, as we are unable to provide a refund if you arrive late and miss dinner.

~ VIP Experience ~

VIP guests enjoy admission to the event at 7:00 PM with exclusive access to the Du Pont Deck, located in the West end of the rooftop. The DuPont Deck offers additional seating along with a dedicated premium open bar exclusive to the VIP guests serving Hanson of Sonoma Organic Vodka, Roku Gin, Zacapa 23 rum, Espolon Blanco tequila, Buffalo trace bourbon Whiskey, Jameson Irish Whiskey, Johnnie Walker Black label, and Blended Scotch. You will, of course, also have access to the rest of the rooftop to view the fireworks along with dancing under the stars to the live band.

~ An Exciting Celebration ~

As the sun dips below the horizon, the rooftop will come alive with the music of a live band for dancing under the stars amidst the stars and the DC skyline.

All online ticket sales are final. We are unable to issue refunds for tickets purchased due to expenses incurred to present the event.

Event Agenda (May change)

Kindly note that the event is not presented as a seated event but rather a stand-up reception to enjoy views from the rooftop as well as the music performed by the live band. There will be limited seating available on the rooftop with additional seating available in the hotel lobby. If you have any special needs, please ask the Hotel Manager for assistance.

Tickets will be under the name of the person who purchased the tickets. Please arrive for the event with your photo ID as well as the ticket confirmation email that was sent to you when you made your reservation.

Admission commences for VIP guests with access to the exclusive Du Pont Deck with additional seating and a premium open bar exclusive to the VIP guests.

7:30 PM

Admission commences for General Admission guests.

Dinner buffets are open. Dinner buffets close at 8:30 PM.

Dance under the stars to the music of a live band.

8:30 PM

Dinner service concludes. Please ensure that you arrive before 8:00 PM for dinner. We are unable to offer you a refund if you arrive after 8:00 PM and miss the dinner.

10:00 PM

Event concludes.

Parking is limited to street parking in the vicinity of the venue. Due to the limited availability of parking, we highly recommend a cab, Uber/Lyft or other transportation option. The event start at the designated time so please allow sufficient time for traffic/travel/transportation and parking as these factors are beyond our control.

::::: WEATHER NOTICE & NO REFUNDS POLICY

The event will proceed as planned rain or shine. The fireworks organized as a part of the annual Independence Day festivities is beyond our control. Since the event will proceed rain or shine, we are unable to offer refunds in the unlikely event the fireworks are canceled or postponed due to any reason including adverse weather.

In the event of adverse weather, the event will be presented indoors with access to the rooftop for viewing the fireworks, weather permitting.

All ticket sales are final and by purchasing a ticket, you agree to our stated no refund or cancellation policy.

Kindly note that ticket availability is extremely limited. Please make your reservations early. Ticket prices are subject to increase without notice as we reach capacity for the event.
