Event Description

The International Club of DC and the RCAS cordially requests the pleasure of your company at the Embassy of France, La Maison Francaise for a delightful evening of classical music. The concert is followed by a French wine reception to meet other guests in attendance. You are welcome to attend on your own or with friends. Tickets for the rare delight of a classical concert at the French Embassy featuring the world-renowned performers are only $65 for a limited time. 
 
The International Club of DC is very grateful to the RCAS for presenting this concert as well as the Embassy of France, La Maison Francaise for hosting the concert.
 
After the concert meet other guests in attendance during the wine reception. Space is limited so please reserve your tickets early. Kindly note that the event is presented as a concert followed by wine reception and not a dinner function so please plan to have dinner before or after the event.

## Classical Music Performance
Enjoy a delightful evening of classical music at the Embassy of France, La Maison Francaise. Celebrate the works of Nikolai Medtner and Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov in a program including selection of Art Songs by both composers and Medtner's famous "Fairy Tales" for piano solo.

All online reservations are final. We are unable to issue refunds for tickets purchased due to expenses incurred to present the event. Make your reservations early, as space is limited. Cost of reservations is subject to increase as we approach the date of the event.

Event Agenda (May change)

Please ensure all ticketholders and each guest attending with a ticketholder has valid photo ID. We are unable to issue a refund if you are denied entry due to lack of photo ID or proof of vaccination/photo ID.

If you purchase more than one ticket, please send us the full name of each guest at least 72 hours prior to the event. We are unable to issue refunds if you do not provide us with the accurate name of each guest and your guest(s) are denied admission by the Embassy, as all guests are required to be on the guest list in order to be admitted to the Embassy.

We greatly appreciate your contribution towards the International Club of DC Inc by making your reservation. Your support makes it possible for us to present diverse cultural events to our members. Kindly note that your contribution is unrelated to the embassy or venue the event is being presented at and all proceeds from the event are used solely by International Club of DC Inc. to cover expenses related to presenting cultural events to our members.

Map/Parking

If driving, street parking will be available on Reservoir Road and throughout the surrounding neighborhoods. Also, there is a pay lot located across the street at Georgetown University Hospital (please check availability, rates, and hours before parking). Due to security considerations, parking WILL NOT be available on the grounds of the Embassy of France.

If using public transportation, the D6 Metro Bus towards Sibley Hospital drops off directly in front of the embassy. Due to limited parking, we recommend Uber, public transportation or a cab.

Parking is limited to street parking in the vicinity of the venue. Kindly note that, as is the case in most major cities, the availability of street parking in Washington DC is limited and beyond our control. Due to the limited availability of parking, we highly recommend a cab, Uber/Lyft or other transportation option. The event start at the designated time so please allow sufficient time for traffic/travel/transportation and parking as these factors are beyond our control.

Vaccine Boosters Recommended with Your Doctor's Consultation
If it has been more than 6 months since you were fully vaccinated, we highly recommend a vaccine booster with the consultation of your doctor. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to consult with your doctor with regards to receiving a vaccine booster prior to attending the event.

Agree to Government and ICDC Policies
By participating in the event, you agree to follow the DC COVID guidelines in effect at the time of the event and understand and agree that the guidelines may change at any time without notice. All Online Ticket Sales are Final.
No cancellations or refunds on tickets for any reason, including severe winter storms or government actions or health restrictions. 

If the event is restricted or postponed due to COVID, other pathogen, government guideline, mandate, or action, as well as any other factor beyond our control, any ticket purchased can be transferred to attend a future similar event organized by the International Club of DC.

While we do not expect government mandates which will require restrictions that may results in cancellation or restriction of capacity or other limitations which might affect the event, you agree that such possibility exists by purchasing a ticket. By purchasing a ticket, you agree that ticket reservations for the event will be transferred towards a future event in the event of government action beyond our control.

Since ticket processing fees as well as payments made to vendors and performers engaged for the gala are nonrefundable, by purchasing a ticket, you agree that we are unable to offer refunds for cancellation, nonattendance for any reason,  capacity restrictions, or government actions.

By purchasing a ticket you agree and accept that there are absolutely no refunds, but that your ticket is transferable towards a future similar event organized by the International Club of DC if the event is rescheduled for any reason.  

All attendees must be 21 & over.

By participating in the event, you accept the responsibility to arrive for the event on time. All ticket sales are final.

In the event that you or your guests experience potential COVID symptoms prior to the event, you can request your tickets be transferred towards a future event organized by the International Club of DC.

By purchasing a ticket, you accept the risk of being exposed to, contracting, and/or spreading COVID-19 or any other pathogen along with all consequences resulting from exposure or infection, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, temporary or permanent disability, death, and economic or financial loss.

By participating in the event, you agree to release, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for yourself, all of your family members and your heirs, International Club of DC, Inc. and its officers, employees, members, staff, partners, contractors, and volunteers from any and all liability for personal injury, including death, and property damage that arise out of the activity.

By participating in the event, you agree, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for yourself, all of your family members and your heirs, not to make negligence claims against International Club of DC, Inc. and its officers, employees, members, staff, partners, contractors, and volunteers for losses, debts, demands and/or damages for personal injuries or wrongful death suffered as a result of participation in the activity.

You understand and agree that by taking part in this ticketed activity will have the effect of releasing, discharging, waiving, and forever relinquishing any and all actions or causes of action that you may have or have had, whether past, present, or future, whether known or unknown, and whether anticipated or unanticipated by you, arising out of your participation.
